I used this product for my knee that has been overused playing over 30 years of soccer and the last 5 years of running 5ks. In my knee, I’ve had pain inside when bending and using weights, pain when I walked up stairs, pain when I do squats. Very easy to use. The battery charge lasts 4-5 days if used once a day. I have arthritic knee pain and swelling. I had two knee clean-outs as my knee is crumbling and was looking like a snow globe according to my doctor with pieces floating all around. Well, my knee never healed and I was in pain for two years. This knee helmet is very easy to use. I have had swelling and pain in my knee for months and it is getting better. I have tried various supplements.
