We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days, for a full refund or exchange – no questions asked.

Free return shipping only applies to U.S and Canada customers and is limited to three per customer. To return an item, simply follow these return procedures:

  • 1. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-619-415-7233.
  • 2. Advise the representative that you wish to return your order.
  • 3. Within one business day of your phone call we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
  • 4. Take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and simply mail it back to us. If you need packaging materials, FedEx will assist you.
  • 5. Your order should arrive in our office within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • 6. All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase method.

International returns are not subject to our free return policy, and special orders are not returnable.

Items sent to our office without a RAN number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear will not be accepted. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
