By placing an order with us, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms of sale as well as our privacy policy.
If you do not accept these terms of sale or our privacy policy, please do not access or use this site.

All orders must be placed online. Orders may not be placed over the telephone or sent by post.
We reserve the right to decline any order at any time for any reason.
We also reserve the right to refuse orders from certain countries at our discretion.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all goods within 30 days of receiving your order.
If for some reason we are unable to supply goods within this time frame, we will notify you in writing as soon as possible after receiving your order and give you an estimated delivery date for when your goods will be ready for delivery.
If you do not receive written notification from us within 7 working days of placing your order, please contact us so that we can investigate why there has been a delay in processing your order. The processing time may take between 1 to 2 days from the day the order is made. Every customer gets a Tracking Number after the order is fulfilled.
